"Less Is More" Week 50 One Layer - Birds

As you can see from my cards, I definitely believe "Less is More!"  This is my first time participating in one of the challenges, but I hope to be a regular in the future.  Here is my one-layer card featuring "Gunther" a delightful bird stamp from Mostly Animals.  (Sadly, Mostly Animals closed a few years ago.)

Gunther is embossed with black ink and colored with Marvy markers.  The card is all white; the background blue is simply a piece of paper behind the card so the card would be visible on the white blog screen.

That was a fun break - now back to Valentine cards ...

Enjoy!

Awww.... Gunther (wood-mounted version) was my very FIRST stamp from Mostly Animals! Followed quickly by as many other cute critters as I could manage to afford at the time!! I particularly love her piggies! (Chantelle is my 'signature stamp' & goes on the back of every card I make, along with my name) And all the carousel animals... and the gorgeously detailed wildlife... and..EVERY critter she ever drew! :)
